Pre-Blending Screening: De-lumping APIs, excipients (lactose, microcrystalline cellulose, starch), and active compounds prior to granulation or blending.

Post-Granulation Sizing: Classifying granules after fluid bed drying (FBD) or oscillating granulators to ensure uniform particle size before tablet compression or capsule filling.

Coating & Pellet Sizing: Separating non-uniform pellets or agglomerates in sustained-release beadlet production.

Aseptic & Dust-Free Processing: Integrated with inline vacuum transfer systems or closed containment systems for handling potent and hazardous APIs. High resistance to organic solvents, acidic vapors, and volatile compounds evaporated during vacuum drying.

Contact Parts: Stainless Steel 316L / SS 316 (corrosion-resistant, high purity).
Non-Contact Parts: Stainless Steel 304 (base, motor housing and clamp rings).

Surface Finish:

Internal: Electro-polished mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.4 µm) with smooth, crevice-free welds to prevent cross-contamination and powder entrapment.
External: Satin / matt or mirror finish (Ra ≤ 0.8 µm).

Vibration & Drive Mechanism:

Motor Type: Specially designed vertical vibratory / flange-mounted motor with top and bottom adjustable eccentric eccentric weights.
Motion: 3D multi-plane vibration (horizontal, vertical, and tangential) to optimize throughput and dispersion.
Motor Rating: Standard TEFC or Flameproof / Explosion-Proof (ATEX certified).

Screening Deck & Mesh:

Deck Configurations:Single-deck (2 fractions), Double-deck (3 fractions), or Triple-deck (4 fractions).
Available Diameters: 20" (500 mm), 30" (750 mm), 36" (900 mm), 48" (1200 mm), and 60" (1500 mm).
Mesh Range: 2 mesh to 500 mesh (US Standard / ASTM) with ultrasonic de-blinding / bouncing silicone ball systems to eliminate screen blinding.
